## Customer Support

Run the **/setup** command in your server to create the channel called **#🔳-matrica-verify.**

The "Check Status" button will perform a diagnostic on the users profile, confirming the wallets linked and Tokens held. If further assistance is needed, another button will be present to click through to Matrica's Discord Ticket System to talk directly to our Customer Support.
